INTRODUCING NEW CITY LIVING PLUS SERVICES

NEW CITY 24 - 24/7 Hotline Service

“New City 24” is a free around-the-clock customer service program that New City Apartments’ residents can use for consultation or inquiry about the tenant’s apartment building and facilities. The service can also be used to rectify a problem including broken amenities, lost keys, and other issues.

*Please note that you may be required to pay for certain repairs.

NEW CITY Club Off - Benefits Program

Beyond the boundaries of the apartment building itself, New City Apartments’ residents will also enjoy a special discount service for domestic and overseas hotels and resorts, leisure and relaxation facilities, sport facilities, babysitting services, and more.

Online Service

In addition to our 24/7 hotline service, an online service is available to New City Apartments’ residents for consultation, inquiry, and reporting about a variety of apartment related matters. The online service provides users with access to a number of forms, including notification of moving in, reporting lost keys, and applying for bicycle parking permits.
